Advisory.

Selective fractional and advisory engagements. Three shapes of work.

I take on a small number of engagements at any one time, alongside the PhD. If what you need is outside the three shapes below, tell me anyway — the answer is sometimes yes, and when it is no I can usually recommend someone better suited.

1.

Growth architecture review

Two to four weeks. Fixed scope.

A structured diagnostic of an existing MENA-facing growth operation — channel mix, attribution, lifecycle, organisational design. Output: a written memo with prioritised recommendations. Best fit: Series A–C consumer or eCommerce teams where something feels off but nobody has the time to do the diagnostic.

2.

Fractional growth leadership

Ongoing, one to two days per week, three-month minimum.

Senior-in-seat growth leadership where hiring a full-time VP Growth isn’t the right move yet. Includes owning weekly reporting, one hire, one measurement redesign, and two creative cycles per quarter.

3.

Senior hire de-risking

One to two weeks. Fixed fee.

Technical assessment of shortlisted senior growth candidates for a MENA-facing role — trade-test design, reference checks, structured interview panels. Output: written recommendation with rank order and named risks per candidate.

Current availability as of April 2026: open.
