    Growth architecture review

    Two to four weeks · Fixed scope

    A structured diagnostic of an existing MENA-facing growth operation - channel mix, attribution, lifecycle, organisational design. Output: a written memo with prioritised recommendations. Best fit: Series A–C consumer or eCommerce teams where something feels off but nobody has the time to do the diagnostic.

    Fractional growth leadership

    Ongoing · 1–2 days per week · 3-month minimum

    Senior-in-seat growth leadership where hiring a full-time VP Growth isn't the right move yet. Includes owning weekly reporting, one hire, one measurement redesign, and two creative cycles per quarter.

  3. 03

    Senior hire de-risking

    One to two weeks · Fixed fee

    Technical assessment of shortlisted senior growth candidates for a MENA-facing role - trade-test design, reference checks, structured interview panels. Output: written recommendation with rank order and named risks per candidate.
